Useful information
- The terminals of our company do not give out the change. If you have submitted to the terminal a sum, which exceeds your current debts, then the remaining sum will be automatically directed to cover your debts for the next month.
- The receipts, that are given out by our terminals are the official document certifying the fact of payment and are accepted by all of the controlling organizations.
- We advise you to write down the number of your agreement (on electricity, water and gas) in the notebook of your mobile phone. The thing is that it is more comfortable to make payment using the agreement number, because not all the telephone numbers are inputted in the electricity, water and gas database.
